Lovely Experience at Crown Towers
I had long been eager to visit the SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium, and thus, I specifically chose Crown Towers for its prime location. My experience exceeded expectations, especially with the Crystal Club access, where the buffet breakfast was a good array of options including fresh green vegetables packed with antioxidants. The evening canapés were equally impressive, paired with lovely drinks in an exquisite lounge that enhanced our stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the team’s discussions on how Regul8 could support gut health and boost immunity, contributing to an overall sense of wellness during my visit.
Children in the lounge.

A Truly Nice Experience at Crown Towers
The hospitality was really good , thanks to the attentive valet and front desk staff. My room was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was indulging in a Relaxation massage at the Crown Spa, where rhythmic movements lulled me into a deeply restorative state. I also enjoyed the revitalising benefits of Pure Gold during an express facial treatment, which left my skin glowing. The facilities were fantastic, and I appreciated the opportunity to unwind in the luxurious indoor pool after a long day of meetings.
One minor issue was a blocked sink drain.

Access to wonderful restaurants and excellent location.
Lobby under renovation and wait for check in was ridiculous.

The hotel room is gorgeous and relaxing and your can't want for anything.
The check in took over an hour and a half, and the staff were hardly apologetic. Then it took over 40 mins for our bags to be bought up to the room. There was construction and industrial cleaning going on everywhere in the hotel and casino. This really made it feel less luxurious.

The stay was lovely with comfy beds and a stunning pool. The breakfast spread was good, and the staff were helpful. Just a heads up, though, ensure you double-check details like pool access, as info can sometimes be inconsistent. A great experience!

The beautiful bed and bath. The view from the room (both day & night). The close proximity to shops and Southbank.
The dinner at JJ's was a liitle ordinary. We didn't have a booking, so couldn't get in anywhere else. I would definitely book dinner next time at a different restaurant.
